This ultracompact and lightweight sleeping bag from Vango is a superb quality bag with a top spec to boot. This bag is also recommended by the Duke of Edinburgh Awards.
The unique omega shaping has a larger top layer than on the bottom which keeps you warmer then standard sleeping bags. The bag also uses a thermic loft system to make it perform much better than cheaper rivals. It has been independently tested to have a comfort rating of 8 degrees with an extreme rating down to -11!!
The bags outer material is Polair RSN tough ripstop nylon which is extremely hardwearing and durable making it perfect for gap years and backpacking. Even though this bag has a 2 season rating it weighs only 825 grams (excluding sack) and packs down to a tiny 29 x 16cm!!
Other features include a comfortable ripstop inner lining, 3D hood with drawcord closure, insulated shoulder baffle for added warmth, insulated zip baffle and guard to stop the zip scratching you and to keep heat in, internal security pocket and 4 way compression sack to squeeze it right down!
