Orders sent by Royal Mail arrive between 3-5 days but can take longer as this is not a timed service.
:: DPD COURIER SERVICES
DPD offer timed services which means they are guaranteed to arrive with the time periods specified. The 3 day service may arrive between 1-3 days and you should be notified by email when it has been dispatched. Next Day orders must be ordered before 1pm on a working day to arrive next working day. So if you order before 1pm on Mon-Thurs your order will arrive the next day. However if you order before 1pm on a Friday your order will arrive on a Monday and if you order after 1pm on Friday until Mon 1pm your order will arrive on Tues.
:: LATE DELIVERIES
On the very rare occasion that your next working day delivery is late we will happily refund the difference between the next day and 3 day service. If your Royal Mail delivery is delayed please contact us.
:: INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We also ship orders worldwide using Royal Mail Airmail and DPD couriers. Worldwide destinations have a 2kg limit whereas Ireland has a 20kg limit. Simply enter your international address during checkout and the pricing options will be displayed to you.
