There is also a separate base compartment with zip access but this can be combined with the main section if required. If you need some extra space there is a volume adjusting zip which adds around 5 more litres to the pack size! The access zips are all lockable for security.
On the outside of the backpack you get two padded grab handles, a removable shoulder strap, zip away back system cover, hide-away raincover, compression straps and a removable 20 litre capacity daypack. When removed the daypack can also be worn on your front with the supplied clips. Both the daypack and main backpack have chest straps one with a emergency whistle built in.
