If you are doing some decent trekking and walking whilst away then its worth investing in a blister kit. This one from Lifesystems contains items to prevent and treat and blisters you may develop. The kit comes in a sturdy zip nylon case that can easily be refilled or added to. Its also small enough to pop in your pocket. The kit contains antiseptic wipes, blister prevention stick, 5 x blister plasters and some fabric plasters.
