There are two visas available for Canada:
Canada Visitor Visa - as a British citizen you will be given a 90 day visitor visa on entry to Canada. You must provide a return flight ticket and evidence you have funds to survive!

Depending on where you want to fly into flights to Canada cost around £300-500. Main destinations are Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.
Health and Safety
Canada is a much safer destination than its neighbour America. No additional vaccinations are needed and danger is more related to wild animals invading your campground! Mosquitoes and ticks can be a problem so get a good quality insect repellent.
