You can return unwanted items within 45 days of receiving your order and can send it back to us using the courier of your choice. We recommend the following depending on the size of your return:
- Royal Mail Online – for returns smaller than 61 x 46 x 46cm but also offer Parcelforce for bigger items. Simply pay online and drop off at your local post office or arrange a collection. No printer required. Tracked 48 prices start from £3.55.
- DPD Online – ideal for large returns you want collected or for medium parcels that you can drop off at a local shop. Drop off prices start at £6.65.
Also remember to:
- Please use a tracked & insured service which includes proof of delivery in case of damage or loss
- Please enclose a note in the return with your name, order ID (starts GYT) and the reason for returning
- Please enclose all the original product labels and packaging

Do you offer free returns?
We regret that we are unable to reimburse return postage costs. We aim to offer the lowest retail prices rather than offer free returns which would force us to increase our prices.
