You can return unwanted items within 45 days of receiving your order and can send it back to us using the courier of your choice such as Royal Mail Online, Parcel2Go, or DPD or use our Royal Mail/Parcelforce Returns service for £6.99. Also remember to:
- Please use a tracked and insured service in case of damage or loss
- Please enclose a note in the return with your name, order ID (starts GYT) and the reason for returning
- Please enclose all the original product labels and packaging

Our Royal Mail/Parcelforce Returns Service
For heavy (up to 20kg), bulky and valuable items we offer a fully tracked and insured returns service in association with Royal Mail & Parcelforce. To use this service simply visit our Royal Mail Returns Portal and fill out the form to get a label. Simply attach to your package and drop off at your local post office or arrange a collection. We will then deduct £6.99 from your refund upon receiving it. For oversized orders which cannot go Royal Mail (see the portal for size restrictions) please contact us and we can provide a Parcelforce returns label.
Do you offer free returns?
We regret that we are unable to reimburse return postage costs but you can of course return your items using any courier or postage service you would like which may be cheaper than our Royal Mail/Parcelforce service. We have a fully tracked & insured paid option for only £6.99. We aim to offer the lowest retail prices rather than offer free returns which would force us to increase our prices.
