You can return unwanted items within 45 days of receiving your order and can send it back to us using the courier of your choice such as Royal Mail Online or DPD. Also remember to:
- Please use a tracked & insured service which includes proof of delivery in case of damage or loss
- Please enclose a note in the return with your name, order ID (starts GYT) and the reason for returning
- Please enclose all the original product labels and packaging

Parcelforce Returns Service
We also offer our Parcelforce Returns Service which allows you to drop off boxed returns at your local post office using the label we email to you. The cost is £7.99 and will be deducted from your refund. It’s ideal for bulky or heavy items which can be expensive to send back using normal couriers. Please contact us for a label giving your order id as a reference.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns using this service must be boxed otherwise additional handling charges will be added via Parcelforce.
Do you offer free returns?
We regret that we are unable to reimburse return postage costs. We aim to offer the lowest retail prices rather than offer free returns which would force us to increase our prices.
