We pride ourselves on the quality of the items we sell in our store and that’s why we offer a 12 month warranty on all our kit. To reduce our impact on the environment after the first 30 days we always aim to offer a professional repair of your product wherever possible.

12 Month Warranty Key Points

  • If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault in the first 30 days we offer a no-quibble exchange or refund
  • After 30 days we will provide a professional repair of your product or exchange it for a new product if this is not possible
  • If the product purchased has been discontinued by the manufacturer then we will endeavour to provide a replacement product of similar function and quality
  • We may need to send the item to the original supplier to seek an independent and professional assessment; this process can take up to four weeks
  • Our warranty applies to items purchased in the UK. To enable a repair or replacement we require the original product to be dropped off at a local UK DPD shop or be available for collection from a UK address.
  • Some manufacturers offer extended or lifetime warranties and will repair or replace your product at their discretion after you have sent it to them for assessment. For more information please see extended warranties below.

Extended & Lifetime Warranties

Some of our brands such as Osprey, Gregory and Eagle Creek offer extended or lifetime warranties on their products. If your product develops a fault you can contact their warranty team for an assessment.

Any repairs or replacements are provided at their discretion and all transportation costs to faciliate an extended warranty repair are to be borne by the customer. Although we can assist with extended warranty claims we are not liable for the manufacturers refusal to initiate or complete a repair.
